- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a shame. My husband bought me some lovely Christmas gifts from Jilly Sanders amounting to several hundred pounds. Surprisingly only 1 item was unsuitable, a £30 scarf. I thought Id pop back today to exchange it (and probably treat myself to a few other bits in the process) but without even asking what it was I wanted to exchange I was told that I only had 7 days after Christmas to do an exchange. Obviously I left, and wont be returning again, which includes my husband and all though friends who had admired my gifts at Christmas will also be warned of the poor service. Surely it is good customer service that is essential for small independent traders to thrive in these difficult times. This is one regular customer lost before the fun even began, and several recommendations along with it.By Admin, September 12, 2020
